Cleveland Browns Trade Ex-Top Pick Richardson

INDIANAPOLIS (AFP) – The Cleveland Browns traded former number three overall draft pick Trent Richardson to the Indianapolis Colts, the National Football League club announced.

The Colts gave up a first round pick in 2014 for running back Richardson, who had been touted as the centrepiece of the Browns’ rebuilding campaign.

Richardson finished with 1,317 total yards and 12 touchdowns last season for the Browns.

In his first two games this season, he has just 105 yards.
